Teen Leadership Program
Summer Leadership program for teens 13-17 years old.
*Open to mature 12 year olds*
Gain tangible leadership experience, help create camp memories, and learn from adults with years of experience.
Flexible schedule, choose which 11 days you attend. We recommend choosing consecutive dates to gain the most from the program.
Are you someone who enjoys helping and playing with younger kids? Do you have fun doing art and craft projects, science experiments, and tossing water balloons around? Do you want to make a positive impact on someone else's summer while gaining skills of leadership, confidence, and responsibility? If you answered yes to those questions, we encourage you to apply for our Teen Leadership Program to be one of our Camp Wild Heart Junior Leaders!
Application Deadline: April 30th
Teen leaders who attend 22 days receive support to create a resume and cover letter for future employment. All leaders receive reference letters at the end of summer.

What do Teen Leaders do?
Our program builds on itself with on-the-job training. Each day your teen attends program, they will be trained and taught added responsibilities and tasks, leading up to an opportunity to run their own project with a group of campers. Teens will also complete "Legacy" Projects, an opportunity to leave their mark beind long after the summer is over.

What will my teen gain?
In addition to hands on work experience, your teen can expect to gain skills in leadership, self confidence, speaking in front of groups, and a letter of recommendation from the camp director at the end of their commitment.
